Refund policy

 

We have a 7 day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To start a return, please email us at hello@nakedglowskincare.com with your full name and your order number and we’ll assist you in processing your return. Please note that your original shipping charges will not be refunded, item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, in its original packaging. No refunds for change of mind will be issued. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know the process of the refund. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take up to 5-10 business days for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. 

Exchanges 

Reach out to hello@nakedglowskincare.com with your full name and order number, along with the product(s) you’d like to exchange, and we’ll help you from there. 

To be eligible your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, in its original packaging.
