Gold Dermal Roller
This precision-crafted, 14ct gold plated, multifunctional gold standard home-use instrument optimizes product absorption.
Designed to help enhance the overall look and feel of your skin, this needling instrument is specially crafted for use on areas of your face that demand extra special care such as the delicate skin around your eyes, nose and mouth.
A hand-held, meticulously crafted 14-carat gold-plated Titanium Roll-CIT. It has 260 ultra-fine definition points that protrude 0.25mm and 0.5mm ensuring its superiority and making it the most effective and efficient cosmetic Roll-CIT on the market.
If you have never-ever used a Derma Roller or any at home skincare tools then we recommend you start with a 0.25mm Derma Roller.
At 0.25mm, this at-home treatment enhances the absorption of your home skincare regime by up to 200%.
While at 0.5mm, this device triggers the skin’s natural healing process and collagen production to improve tone, texture and elasticity while boosting the absorption and efficacy of skin care for a healthier, more youthful complexion.
Key Benefits:
- Helps reduce the appearance of scars from injury or acne, fine lines, wrinkles, stretch marks and other blemishes.
- Helps smooth uneven skin texture and color and heavy pitted skin.
- Helps increase the absorption and penetration of skincare within the skin by as much as 20 times, compared to applying skincare products by hand due to the needles aiding in opening micro-channels in the skin.
- When used on the scalp, the roller helps stimulate and maintain hair within thinning and balding hair areas.
- Extremely fine needles gently penetrate the skin just enough to stimulate collagen and elastin production, which helps to result in smoother, firmer, healthier, and younger-looking skin and reduce the signs of aging.
Note: Do not roll over any active breakouts. Do not share roller.

FAQ
I’ve been Derma Rolling for a while now, should I upgrade to a 0.5mm Derma Roller?
OK! It sounds like you might be a seasoned professional! Depending on how your experience with your at home Derma Roller has been, then you could level up to the 0.5mm as you’ll have a good understanding of how rolling works and how your skin reacts to regular at home rolling.
I’ve had professional micro needling done at a salon, which Derma Roller should I choose?
Again, it will depend on how your skin reacted to the micro needling. At home Derma Rolling is not as invasive as salon micro needling.
I have sensitive skin, which Derma Roller should I choose?
0.25mm all the way!
I'm upgrading from 0.25mm to 0.5mm Gold Derma Roller, do I need to use different skincare?
The good news is, the 0.5mm Gold Derma Roller slips right into your skincare routine where the OG 0.25mm was previously. In terms of post Rolling Skincare we always, always, always avoid "actives" like Vitamin A (aka: Retinol), B & C. Stick to nourishing, hydration treatments containing gentle but effective ingredients like our Hyaluronic Acid or Vitamin B Boosting Serum.
Still not sure on which size Derma Roller you should get?
If you have sensitive skin or are new to Derma Rolling go for 0.25mm
If you are a seasoned professional and have a good understanding of your skin and how it reacts to treatments, consider the 0.5mm

How to Use:
The roller can be used on the face and body. You can use the roller every 3-5 days or space treatments longer in between each depending on your results:
Step 1: Before use, make sure your roller is clean. If not, disinfect with alcohol or similar disinfectant.
Step 2: Do not force the roller into the skin but simply use mild pressure.
Step 3: Roll back and forth at the same intensity on the treatment area 5-10 times in each of the four directions - horizontally, vertically, and diagonally.
Step 4: Following treatment, you may apply creams and other skincare products.
We recommend using our 97% Hyaluronic Acid Serum followed with our Comfort Cream to plump, hydrate and nourish your skin post dermal rolling.
Avoiding 'actives' as mentioned above.
